These Subscription Terms govern all subscription service rights, usage rules, service scope and user obligations applicable to users who activate premium subscription services within the Vismot application. This document serves as a binding supplementary agreement for all subscribed users, supplementing the application's user agreement and privacy policy in relation to premium functional permissions and service specifications. All users who purchase, activate or use Vismot subscription services shall be deemed to have fully understood and unconditionally accepted all terms stipulated in these Subscription Terms.
Vismot is a local AI visual creation tool that completes all image and video computing functions through local device operation. All subscription premium permissions only activate functional authority unlocking on the user's local device, and no user personal data, creative content or local file information will be uploaded or transmitted in the process of activating and using subscription services. The subscription service mechanism only optimizes user creation experience and does not involve any data collection behavior of any kind.
Subscribed users of Vismot can enjoy exclusive premium privileges for local AI image creation functions. After activating valid subscription services, users can use all local styled image generation functions for free without consuming in-app gold coin resources. All style template unlocking, aspect ratio switching and editable prompt adjustment functions for image creation are fully open to subscribed users, bringing an unrestricted local creation experience.
The subscription premium privilege only applies to the local AI image generation business module. The local AI video generation function still follows the basic consumption rules of the application, and subscribed users are not exempted from the gold coin consumption required for each video creation. This service restriction is a fixed rule of the subscription mechanism and will not be adjusted independently for individual users.
Users can activate Vismot subscription services through the official in-app purchase channel. After the user completes the official payment process, the subscription premium authority will take effect immediately on the user's local device. The activation status of the subscription is only recorded and identified through local device cache data, and no personal identification information is required to complete authority verification.
The validity period of the subscription service shall be subject to the service cycle corresponding to the user's purchased subscription package. After the subscription period expires, the user's premium image creation privilege will automatically lapse and revert to the basic free usage rule with gold coin consumption. Users can voluntarily renew the subscription at any time to restore premium functional privileges. The application does not set automatic renewal without user confirmation.
Users shall use the subscription premium privileges in accordance with official service rules. The subscription authority is only for the user's personal daily lightweight creation and non-commercial personal content production. Users shall not use the subscribed premium functions for illegal creation, commercial profit, infringement production or other improper behaviors that violate public norms.
Users shall not disassemble, crack, modify or illegally obtain subscription premium privileges through non-official channels. Any unauthorized tampering with local subscription identification data to obtain premium functions will be regarded as a violation of these terms, and the application reserves the right to terminate the user's invalid premium service authority.
Vismot reserves the right to adjust and optimize subscription package types, premium privilege content and service rules according to product function iteration and experience upgrading demands. All adjusted subscription service content will be displayed through in-app official announcements, and the core existing privileges of valid subscribed users will not be arbitrarily reduced during the valid service period.
The application has the right to terminate the user's subscription service authority in a timely manner if the user violates these Subscription Terms, user agreement or relevant usage norms, resulting in abnormal use of premium functions or adverse impact on product operation. No refund will be given for the remaining subscription period caused by user violation of regulations.
All subscription service purchases belong to virtual functional service authorization. After the user activates and uses the subscription premium privileges, the service is deemed to be officially delivered. For completed virtual service transactions, the application does not support unconditional refund demands. Refund applications caused by special circumstances shall be submitted through official contact channels and reviewed according to unified official processing standards.
Vismot can update and revise these Subscription Terms irregularly to adapt to product iteration and service standard optimization. The latest version of the terms will be displayed in the application's official document entrance for user viewing. Continued use of subscription services by users after the terms update is deemed as acceptance of the revised terms content.
