This User Agreement formulates standardized usage rules for all users who access and use the Vismot application. This agreement clarifies the rights and obligations of all users during the use of local AI creation functions, as well as the core specifications of local data processing for uploaded content including character images. All users who open and use the Vismot application shall be deemed to have fully understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this agreement. Vismot is a local cinematic AI visual creation tool, and all core creation functions run completely relying on the local computing capability of the user's personal device.
The core services provided by Vismot include local AI styled image generation and local AI camera motion video generation. Users can independently upload various local images including character images to complete personalized content creation. All image analysis, style rendering, camera motion simulation and other AI calculation links are completed through local device programs. The application does not collect, record, store or transmit any user facial information in the whole service process, and all facial feature information contained in the uploaded character images only exists in the user's local device and will never be acquired by the application in any form.
Vismot does not require any account registration or login operation. All users can directly launch the application and use all local AI creation functions independently. Users have full independent control rights over all uploaded local images, generated image and video works, and local creation parameter settings. Users independently bear all responsibilities for the legality and compliance of all uploaded character images and created content.
Users shall abide by standardized usage rules when using the application's local AI creation functions, and shall not use the local creation functions to produce illegal, inappropriate or infringing content. Users shall ensure that all uploaded character images are legally obtained and that they have legitimate rights to use the images. The application only provides local AI computing tools for content creation, and does not participate in user content production and will not obtain any facial feature information from user uploaded character images.
All character images uploaded by users are processed independently by the local AI program of the user's personal device. The application only invokes the local computing resources of the device to complete style optimization, frame adjustment and dynamic effect rendering of the images. The application will not extract, identify, analyze or record any facial feature information from the uploaded character images. All facial information contained in the images is only processed inside the user's local device, and no facial data will be captured or read by the application program in any operation link.
In any scenario of uploading character images and running local AI creation functions, Vismot strictly implements zero collection of user facial information, and the specific rules are detailed as follows.
All uploaded character images, processed pictures and video works generated by local AI processing are only stored in the user's local device. Users have the full right to delete all local content including character images with facial information at any time. After the user actively deletes the local files, all corresponding image data and contained facial information will be completely cleared from the local device, and the application has no way to retrieve or obtain any facial related information. The application does not reserve any backup of user uploaded character images and facial information in any form.
All user creation content including uploaded character images, local draft files, generated images and videos are stored in the exclusive local storage space of the user's personal device. The application does not occupy independent network storage space to store user content, and does not synchronize any local content to external devices or platforms.In the whole storage process, the application does not screen, identify or collect facial information in user local content, and all facial data exists only in the user's private local device space.
The application supports local draft continuous editing and batch deletion functions. All draft content containing user character images and facial information is completely saved locally. Users can independently edit, preview and batch delete local drafts. The application cannot actively obtain, read or collect any facial information in local drafts, and all draft content and contained facial data are completely controlled by the user independently.
All image and video creation functions of Vismot are completed through local AI computing. The multiple style templates, aspect ratio settings and camera motion presets provided by the application only act on the overall visual effect of the images, and will not trigger any facial information collection behavior. Whether users use image generation or video generation functions to process character images, the application will not collect, record or store any facial feature data of users.
The application adopts gold coin consumption and subscription dual commercial service modes. All service deduction and authority verification behaviors are completed through local device cache records. The commercial service link only verifies the user's local service authority, and will not associate with, read or collect any user facial information. No commercial service scenario will trigger facial information collection behavior, and all facial data in user uploaded character images are completely isolated from the application's commercial service system.
Vismot reserves the right to update and revise this User Agreement according to function iteration and service optimization. All updated terms will be displayed in the local document entry of the application for users to view. The core term that the application does not collect any user facial information in the process of processing user uploaded character images will always remain effective and will not be revised or cancelled arbitrarily.
